Title to corn passes to POET Grain upon delivery.
Corn is graded according to USDA standards
POET Grain reserves the right to buyers call on any corn that is discountable.

Truck Unloading Procedures
 
1.                Pull to window and give your contract information. If it snowing or raining please recover your trailer. When it is clear to pull to the scale we will give you the go ahead. The number given to you goes in your window for identification purposes.  
 
2.                When okay is given, pull to scale.
 
3.                Remain on scale until the “PULL AHEAD” message is seen.
 
4.                After you see the “PULL AHEAD” message, proceed to the Grains building. Go around the silo to the North side of the building and wait for your turn to enter.
 
5.                When it is your turn, pull your truck into position and begin unloading.
 
6.                Please make sure to sweep up after yourself when unloading is complete. Thank You.
 
7.                Proceed back to outbound scale and wait for the “PULL AHEAD” signal.
 
8.                When signal is given, pull to scale house and receive ticket with all applicable information.
